5. AI Usage & Content Responsibility

We provide AI utilities to assist with draft generation, SEO mapping, and title recommendations. However, the author is solely responsible for verifying the facts, safety, and legitimacy of the final published articles. Spam or clickbait is strictly prohibited.

6. Monetization & Earnings

Creators earn revenue through shared pools, premium reader duration, and referrals. Eligibility is determined by content quality, active membership guidelines, and traffic validity.

We reserve the right to audit wallet transactions, withhold payouts in case of click fraud or policy violations, and adjust credit values in accordance with partner terms (e.g. Google AdSense).

7. Limitation of Liability

Climax Creators is provided “as is.” We are not liable for database data loss, service downtime, financial transactions outside of our escrow validation, or user-generated comment disputes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising shall be resolved exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts of Bikaner, Rajasthan, India.
