All original content published by a user on Climax Creators remains the exclusive intellectual property of the creator.
- You keep 100% ownership.
- You retain the copyright.
- You control where else you choose to publish or monetize your content.
We do not claim ownership of any creator's original work.
2. Limited License Granted to Climax Creators
When you publish on Climax Creators, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- Display your content on the platform.
- Promote it across our features and discovery pages.
- Show previews or snippets on feeds.
- Cache and reformat for technical and display optimization.
This license does NOT transfer ownership or allow us to sell/license your content without permission, and ends automatically upon deletion of your content.
3. AI-Generated & AI-Assisted Content Rules
- AI content must be reviewed, edited, and personalized by the creator.
- AI-generated text/images must not infringe on existing copyrighted works.
- Auto-generated low-quality spam is strictly prohibited.
4. Reporting Copyright Violations (DMCA)
If you believe another user has copied or infringed your copyrighted content, please submit a report immediately by email to: admin@climaxcreators.com. We review and respond to valid complaints within 7 working days.
