Store and cache your content for technical purposes

This license:

If you delete your content, this license ends automatically (except cached previews that may remain briefly).

⚙️ 3. Platform Rights & Fair Usage

Show your content in trending posts or recommendations
Temporarily cache content for faster loading
Remove or restrict content that violates our policies

We will never:

🤖 4. AI-Generated & AI-Assisted Content Rules

Climax Creators provides AI tools for assistance — not replacement.

Creators must ensure:

✔ AI-generated content is edited, reviewed, and personalized

✔ Content is not fully auto-generated or spam

✔ Outputs do not violate copyright, trademarks, or usage rights

✔ AI-generated images/text do not copy existing copyrighted material

If AI-generated content heavily uses platform tools, Climax Creators may use anonymized and non-identifiable versions for:

Improving AI systems
Internal research
Performance analytics

We follow a Responsible AI Framework to protect both creators and the platform.

⚖️ 5. Climax Creators’ Own Content

All platform-owned materials — including UI design, logos, branding, internal text, source code, AI models, templates, and official documents — are the exclusive property of Climax Creators.

Earnings stop for that content
Platform may retain non-identifiable summaries for statistics
Cached previews may remain temporarily

Climax Creators does not profit from deleted or private content.

🧾 7. Content Removal & Account Deletion

Creators may delete their content or close their account anytime.

After deletion:

The content is permanently removed from public pages
Search results and feeds will update automatically
Temporary cached versions may remain for up to 30 days
Backup servers will purge identifiable content during scheduled cycles
AI systems will not store identifiable user data

🚫 8. Prohibited Content

You may NOT upload or share:

❌ Plagiarized content
❌ Copyrighted media used without permission
❌ AI-spun or auto-generated spam
❌ Trademarks, logos, or brand content without authorization
❌ Content that violates privacy or impersonates someone
❌ Content promoting illegal activities

Violations may result in:

Post removal
Monetization suspension
Account suspension or permanent ban
